We ship from a UK warehouse, if duties and taxes are applicable you are responsible for them.
RETURN POLICY
- You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased
- Orders must be returned by using a shipping provider of your choice.
- Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
- Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
